Remarks I own a Meade telescope but this is the most exciting view I ever had of a meteor. The light suddenly went out and we believe it landed in the onion field. It was spectacular to see and surprised us. It was approx.100ft. off the ground at most as we didn't have to look up at it. Driving the car, it was right in front of us and I mean right in front and we watched it through the windshield go across the flatlands of the area.
