My adult son and I were waiting in line to enter the Sun Bank Arena and were in the parking lot which was bathed in bright yellow/orange light from the parking lot lights and the fireball stood out clearly even though we were looking almost directly at the parking lot lights. I told my son to wait and listen for a sonic boom as I expected to hear one but a boom never occured.
