Observer
Name Karen T
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks The location we spotted it was mile marker 67.9 on exit 24 of the Adirondack Northway. Being up on the overpass, with no traffic behind us, almost no cars on the highway below, and very dark, clear sky, we were able to come to a full stop to observe it clearly cross as we were looking south, preparing to turn onto the southbound ramp. Very low descent-angle across the sky.
