Reports Report 6309c (Event 6309-2020)

Observer
Name Jamie B
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks This was the longest duration (comet/meteor/fireball?) I have personally ever seen. Long enough for me to shout "whoa!" and point and for my daughter to still have time to see the last half of it as well. Usually they are gone before the "whoa" can be uttered even. It looked like the stereotypical image of a comet. A bright white ball of light with a distinct and clear "tail". The tail was mostly a streak of white, but also had some red at the end. It was very unexpected and awesome!
