Reports Report 5895d (Event 5895-2020)

Observer
Name Pete W
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks I work as an airline pilot. This was observation was made from the flight deck at roughly 28000ft. (We are quite used to observing meteors, but this encounter was quite something!) Observed from a flight from Edinburgh to Birmingham from a position roughly South of Carlisle looking south/south East and much higher than ourselves and perhaps 200nm further away. Hope this helps.
