| Remarks | This was by far the best meteor I have ever seen. I have spotted exploding meteors before, but nothing this bright or large. It was absolutely amazing. I did not hear anything but my dog reacted in alarm after I had seen it and ran back into the house. I don't recall exactly how long after, probably less than 1 minute. |

| Persistent train | |
|---|---|
| Observation | Yes |
| Duration | 2s |
| Length | 20° |
| Remarks | Glowing train, very wide, the widest I have ever seen. 60% of the length was glowing, followed by a break and another glowing streak. It was amazing. |
| Terminal flash | |
|---|---|
| Observation | Yes |
| Remarks | I was just starting to look up and the entire area was filled with light like someone took a flash photo or even the light from a welding arc.. As I continued to look up I saw the unusually wide trail fade into the glowing particles. The trail was an even coverage with a break about 60% of the way from the start followed by more even glowing particles. It may have fragmented before I saw it which could explain the wide trail. |
