| Remarks | I average seeing a fireball once a year or so; for this one there was a light haze that the fireball lit up and possibly broke through the thin cloud layer, 1st fireball I've seen to display a variety of colors. Most I've seen are mostly yellow white; maybe a light green or blue on occasion. This one was special to me because it was a veritable rainbow of colors. In the 5 or 6 seconds I was lucky to see it looking in the general direction, it flashed yellow, blue, green, red in it's arc |
