Remarks | I believe the meteor if big enough would have impacted nearby. I never saw a stationary fireball like that before. The blue flash was extremely bright. |

Remarks | I saw two trains, swirling pattern just slightly east of the fireball. Fireball was completely stationary from my location. Looked like the glow of a filament in a light bulb when you turn it off and it dims from yellow to orange to off. |
Terminal flash | |

Observation | Yes |
Remarks | I had just moved my car from the garage to the turn around as I was getting a drywall delivery at 6:45. I just walked into the garage when I saw a bright blue flash, I thought someone took a picture from across the street, when I realized nobody was there, I went out onto the driveway and looked almost straight up and saw the glowing orange/yellow ball stationary and it went from orange/red to fading out in about 2 or 3 seconds. Two short smoke trails were just east of the fireball location. |
