| Remarks | I've never seen a shooting star, and at first I thought I was seeing a helicopter as the light appeared suddenly in the sky and then immediately and rapidly began a descent until it disappeared behind the houseline. I actually ran to see between the houses, expecting to hear an explosion or see a flash, but there was nothing more after that. Given how incredibly bright and huge it was, it seemed like it had to be close, but again, I have no experience. It was absolutely beautiful and unbelievably bright. |
