Remarks As it ended just above the horizon it exploded and just before and during explosion it had an almost light to navy blue aura and within this aura was the yellow to white explosion, I seen no smoke or residual fragmentation. I was driving east at the time along the Muncie By-pass approximately 1 mile east of the intersection of Cowan Road and the Muncie By-pass, Monroe Township, Delaware County, Indiana. It was much further east of my location but occurred directly in my line of sight and did not require me to look away.
