Remarks | I was driving the car when I observed this meteor, right in my field of vision, and it appeared quite close to my location. It was not way up in the heavens like other shooting stars I've seen- it seemed as though it was only a few hundred feet away. Its form looked like a comet, but up close. Since I was in the car, I wouldn't have heard any noise. I was going around a curve, which is why I'm not sure which direction I was facing. Also, it was a very clear sky with a full moon. |
