Reports Report 2297c (Event 2297-2012)

Observer
Name Phil M
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks It might have just have been a home made rocket, but I never saw an upward trail, which I would have seen from my angle. The trail was close to the ground, which your website said was not possible, but I wanted to report it anyway. The head was spouting flames and seemed to be spinning. There was only one house close by, and 2 people were out at the front door looking, either they saw and heard something, or they are the ones shooting off the rocket.
