| Remarks | Would love to confirm whether this was a meteor or not. It streaked from SW to W, high in the sky, and disappeared abruptly in the clear night sky without a flash. At first I thought it might be an airplane that was descending rapidly, but it seemed too fast. My daughter was with me and also witnessed this. I’ve seen shooting stars before, but they are usually white. This was red or orange. |
