Reports Report 4381d (Event 4381-2020)

Observer
Name Judith M
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks It appeared very brightly and HUGE from the South...then travelled Northward over the Bras d’Or Lake in front of us in the direction of the Big Dipper ... it appeared for many seconds as I had the time to get my husband to stand up with me to view from our deck, We were outdoors, hoping to view some Meteors from the Perseid Shower last night. It was the largest, brightest and most AMAZING sight I’ve seen in the Sky! I noted it first appeared to the right of Jupiter. (Very visible right now) We heard a booming sound like thunder when it went out of view after several seconds because of some cloud cover in the North.
