| Remarks | A bright neon orange light entered the sky from left to right. At one point a second orange light moved more forward and bright green fragments shot from the back meteor to the front meteor. I stumbled across this site while researching what it is that I saw. From my perspective the trajectory of the bright green fragments was the same direction the meteor was moving. At first I thought it was two aircrafts, or some kind of missile, and was startled when I saw bright green "shooting" from one of them, but there was no sound at all. Being in New Mexico, I have occasionally seen fireballs or shooting stars. I have never seen anything like this before, especially with two completely different colors. |
