Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks The flash was very sudden and bright but not quite circular. It had a very short tail that appeared almost simultaneously as the flash. It seemed like it was coming almost directly at me as the small short tail was pointing directly away from me. It was basically one flash that was shaped like a teardrop. It happened so fast that the two people with me saw no tail at all.
