My husband and I had a very clear observation of something traveling at a high rate of speed horizontally from East to West while driving on the 101 southbound at around Raintree Road. It was bright green with a short tail. From the front seat of our car we could see the fireball(?) Pass across the horizon from left to right almost horizontally until it was out of our sight through the windshield of our car. It was too fast for us to be able to take a photo.
