Remarks I’m not sure of the exact time. I was sitting in my car with the windows down on a telephone call when I saw it. I was on the call from 8:28-8:57 pm and I saw it somewhere in the middle of the call. It was an amazing, jaw dropping sight that I wish I could replay in my mind to take in every detail. It was so low and bright and disappeared below the roof line of my neighbor’s house so I think it lasted longer than I saw it. It looked like it had a comet’s tail with colors on the outside part of the tail but the main part was bright white. I thought it might actually make landfall and waited to hear a sound but I didn’t hear anything.
