Observer
Name Sean J
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks Absolutely bonkers and very breathtaking. I don't believe it lasted longer than a second but I was blown away by the color and thr bightness. It felt almost ghostly because of the blue color. Honestly surprised I spotted it.

Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks When it fragmented at the end of what I saw, the object got a bit brighter, more white-ish as it fragmented. It maybe bumped it up to a -9 or -10 on the scale.
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
Remarks The object seemed to gradually (admittedly very rapidly) dissolve from back to front. I felt like I saw big chunks of it break off before it sort of flashed and was just gone.
