When I saw the fireball I was laying down on my couch looking out one of my numerous windows and talking with a friend on the telephone. There was a light on behind me so the room was not entirely dark. I live in a rural area and it is completely dark outside. It was incredibly bright. It looked as though it was going toward the direction perhaps over Laredo, TX or Eagle Pass Texas.
