There is a camera pointing in the direction from where I was standing and saw the meteor but I’m not sure if the angle I last saw it glowing would be captured by the camera. I would be interested in knowing if North Saanich Marina caught that footage as the object seemed to burnout only 100 feet in the air above the boats in the marina. I did not investigate for fallout as I heard nothing and it was quite late. (Was taking my elderly dog for a pee!) I have seen meteor high up in the sky but nothing this close, it was quite amazing to see.

Remarks
Like the glowing object was falling apart, you could see the glowing pieces disintegrating but it burned out before it made contact with the ground or water
