Remarks | This was different than most fireballs I've seen (no tail, about the size of Jupiter), but strangely it looked exactly like one I saw and reported in Morgantown, IN a couple months ago while driving just after sunset. Just like the previous one, it dropped toward the horizon at a near 90 degree angle, disappearing before hitting the horizon. (I had technical errors with reporting the previous and ended up emailing the site about it). |
