If I were to give better landmarks for how I saw this fireball I would say if you drew a line from Minkata and Rigel in the constellation Orion the point of their convergence is where I initially saw the fireball.

I heard a crackling noise but no boom during its total time I saw it. The sounds appeared to be delayed by a few fractions of a second.

I noticed the trail initially looked green much like the fireball but the the trail it lookllowish color. It glowed very briefly .and left a smoke trail that dissipated quickly.

the flash was just a bit brighter than the fireball was as it traversed the horizon. Both during and after transit I noticed fragments dropping off the body of the fireball under and behind it, these fragments were initially green but some looked to be yellow and or white in color.
