Remarks | At 6:41 pm, I was driving on I-16 westbound leaving Savannah, GA when I saw it. As I was approaching Exit: 164b, I noticed a bright orange glow (flare-like color) that appeared from top to bottom in a vertical direction. It was fairly quick and then disappeared like. Very neat! |
