The brightness scale was unclear to me. I have seen meteor shows and a few lone “shooting stars” - the was remarkably bigger and brighter. If stars I’ve seen seen were marble-sized, this was softball-sized. Bright enough to almost refer to as glowing.

It was very brief and big and bright- in the few seconds I saw it, it seemed to “flare” a bit.
