Remarks | Just brought the two dogs in from their potty break just after 4am. Went back to bed, then a bright light appeared for a few seconds out of the bedroom window facing due east. Living 56 miles from the closest city the sky is very clear. I am used to seeing simple meteors zipping across the sky and observing man made space junk orbiting the earth. What observed was a very bright ball of light heading down to earth. At 61 years old and spending several hours per day in the night feeding live stock. This one was so different, prompting me to make make my first sighting report. |
