Reports Report 6164by (Event 6164-2019)

Observer
Name Bill E
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks I was driving when I saw this and my daughter saw it as well. I thought at first it was a low flying plane, but it didn't blink and when I saw the spark and the slight tilt toward the ground at the end, I knew it was not a plane.
