The event was spectacular and lasted for several seconds, maybe close to 10 seconds before it appeared to burn out and disappeared. The event seemed to stay above the horizon even to termination.

Observation

Remarks
It was much like a Roman candle firework. It was larger in the front of travel and trained back to a pencil point with the fireball being mostly contained in the frontward motion. The reward section was more like a smoke trail but was illuminated by the fireball. The main section appeared in the sky a little larger than a grapefruit.
Fragmentation
Observation
Yes
Remarks
The fragmentation was very clear as the fireball appeared to be descending. The fragmentation pieces appeared about the size of a ping pong ball and happened about 3/4 of the way through the visual event.
