| Remarks | It came from behind and flew directly overhead and then in front of me (in the sky, not literally in front of me. I did not have to turn my head to either side as it was directly ahead). Sky was dark but very clear, can see many stars, even the twinkles. It was much bigger than a star, like seeing a front porch light from a block or two away or a streetlight from 3-4 blocks away. Bright orange then fizzled out. Very fast, the whole thing lasted a second or 2. Even my dog looked up. It was startling. |
