3 of were driving in the car and saw it at the same time. very short but bright red/orange/yellow flash with narrow tail. We believe the flash was red and narrow tail was yellow lasting just a 2-3 seconds. Not 100% sure about location of driving.

I believe the jaggid large flash was red with a narrow yellow trail. Not sure what fragmentation is.
