I thought it was a plane in flames crashing but it quickly seemed too big and was leaving a bright white tail not smoke. Then when it seemed to disappear without coming down to earth ,I realized it must have been be a meteor. I called a friend who I would consider a level 5 observer and he sent me this site to report my experience. Sorry for delay.
