| Remarks | This was the biggest, brightest, longest lasting shooting star I have ever observed! Most appear bright, far away, thread-like trails and fleeting where one may question if the actually saw it or was a trick of the eye. There was no mistaking this one. |

| Remarks | The trail looked solid, bright and like that of a firework. It was wider, more brilliant and persistent than that of any shooting star I’ve ever observed. And, it was much larger, closer that I thought the meteor causing it probably landed rather than combusted! |
