Remarks I, a correctional officer, was observing inmates in the yard of Winfield Correctional Facility when I saw it at between 1:20-1:30pm toward the north. It stood out from the bright blue sky and my first assumption was it was a meteor.

Remarks It was one larger line with a few small lines coming off of it, about 4 inches long in the sky for less than a second heading almost straight down.
