The lead light trailed a long trail of fire with what looked like sparks (similar to a bonfire). Orange being the dominant colour. Total time about 12 seconds. The second light had no trail. Lost sight behind a building. Ran up the road to get to a gap in the building and by then could see nothing. No sounds detected. Witnessed by a friend.
