It was in broad daylight so it's hard to say how bright it was other than the bright white streaking points were clearly visible. I would say much brighter than sunlight reflections on planes.

I saw a bright white point streak through the sky and then with a flash spread into about 8-12 separate white points with slightly altered trajectories. A couple of these broke apart more and then everything disappeared all within less than a second.
