Remarks I was driving when i saw the fireball. It first appeared in the western sky at approximately 80 deg altitude. It went strait down towards the horizon. It dissipiated around 10-15 degrees above horizon. There was a small flash when it burnt out and the color was an irridescent green. It did leave a long trail that was also green but no explosion or boom was heard.
