Reports Report 4493b (Event 4493-2019)

Observer
Name Steve G
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks The motion photo taken with a pixel phone limits the capture to 2 seconds. I know it missed the fragmentation at the end. It may have missed some of the transit at the beginning as well. The fireball seemed to fall from the sky rather than traversing. I heard no noise associated with it. A storm cell was approaching my location and a lightning bolt had just occurred to the left. I got my phone ready to capture the next one, but instead captured the fireball.

Remarks The motion photo is limited to 2 seconds and did not show when it split into 2 pieces as it came down. Shortly after it split, it either fell below my field of view or burned out.
