Reports Report 4385tv (Event 4385-2019)

Observer
Name John M
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I observed the fireball from my east facing balcony of the cruise ship Ventura which was heading at 187 degrees at 18.9 knots in the North Sea from Bergen to Southhampton. The sky was clear at 12:50 hours UTC ( 14:50 hours Norwegian time UTC+2) . The location and speed were taken at the time of the event from the cruise ships in-cabin TV navigation display so the location and time are accurate to the minute of time and minute of lat/long. The fireball seemed to have the appearance of a small string of pearls along a short length of its path.
