Remarks A very quiet and deep rumble that lasted a little longer than the appearance of the meteor, like distant thunder approaching over the horizon. The sound reached my location a good minute after I saw it.

Remarks As the meteor hit the stratosphere and the light around it stopped incandesing, there was a brief view of 7-10 smaller glowing pieces that quickly cooled off and became invisible in the night sky.
