Remarks I got to view the meteor overhead as it passed by before it exploded. Chunks of rock flew off in red colours. It looked like a firework exploding with little sparks coming off.

Remarks At the very end of the sighting, I witnessed an intense flash of white light that lit up the campground. It was almost as if it was daylight.
