Remarks Because of the distance, it looked about 12 inches long from my view. Once it was gone I saw a faint smoke trail for the length the light traveled.

Remarks I thought it was a shooting star at first but it was too bright. I was outside jogging and it was still dark. It was so bright that it caught my eye and caused me to look up. It shot through the sky in a curve motion and then disappeared.
