Remarks | the meteor was like a huge burning ball and there was a trail of black and white, burning smoke that it left behind all the way across the entire sky. The trail was obvious and wide. After 10 mins as I got closer to work in White Plains, it was still there but had faded to an all over white like what jets leave in the sky. It felt like it was going to be only a few more seconds before the meteor was going to hit the ground, and I felt sure that there was no time for it to burn up before then. |
