Reports Report 2904f (Event 2904-2019)

Observer
Name Will M
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks Was in my direct line of sight while driving. Got a very clear view of the whole event with no clouds or obstacles blocking the view (unfortunately I didn't have a dash cam). Pulled over immediately after and made a note of the time and location, so I'm confident my report is accurate and hopefully helps with some more precise triangulation. I found a video on youtube that I was able to match with a street view location of the same event that might help with triangulation. The road sign that appears at 0:24 in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vTX1GNY7HJE is the same roadsign in this street view location https://www.google.com/maps/@-34.4792059,150.3168207,3a,48.8y,200.38h,87.47t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1stCRW3e2YsDoS7ZGkQTzXtw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656
