| Remarks | I was driving eastbound on Route 30 and it moved across the sky directly in front of me, green with a tail. The glow seemed to be suddenly extinguished, not getting smaller or fainter. I noted my position fairly precisely; the time of the event is likely accurate to within 2 minutes. I'm a mathematician with some education in astronomy. |
