| Remarks | I was walking my dog and almost back to the house but not certain of the exact time - other than after 11pm but probably before 11:30. It seemed to come out of nowhere and to speed up, moving level but with a slight arc at the end. The brilliant green color was predominant and stunning, along with some gold and purple-blue. Seemed to have moved NE to SW and was low in the sky. It was totally quiet and then it was gone, having vanished completely. It was very beautiful and seemed so close, unlike the usual, very distant summer “shooting stars,” high in the sky. I wondered if it were perhaps a type of drone or weather gadget. |
