Reports Report 3151ui (Event 3151-2019)

Observer
Name James B
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks I thought it could have possibly been fireworks, except for the lack of sound, the downward travel and brightness even though it appeared to have been quite a distance away. Concerning my time estimate, it is only a rough guess, I could be off by an hour or more. I didn't think too much of it until seeing a story about a meteor in the general direction and time, I observed this .
