| Name | BOB C |
| Experience Level | 4/5 |
| Remarks | The entirety of the experience was seeing the degree the sky lit up as the fireball passed along, obviously just below direct viewing incidence in the trees near the horizon. There were two distinct "lighting up" episodes, with the light dimming for about a half-second in between, before it dimmed away completely. Light bluish white light seen, and I thought it was lightning, until I heard about the fireball observations. It seemed that the light didn't really travel far, as in I may have seen the incident as the fireball was moving directly away from my viewing position. I submit this information in the hope it will add to the data gathering, even though I was not able to see the actual fireball itself. |
