| Remarks | We were on our balcony on the 19th floor, enjoying a few cold brewskis, when the sky lit up and we all saw the amazing fireball. It was very lovely, but looked much closer than it probably was. My first reaction thought was "how did they get a firework that high!?", since they've been launching a lot of fireworks in the neighborhood. But quickly we realized (before it was even half way through) that it was a fireball / meteor / something from space. Very cool to witness. I wish we had a camera rolling. |

| Remarks | It was a glowing train that trailed the source of the fireball and lingered there for a few seconds, making a massive streak across the sky. Very cool. |
