| Remarks | i was looking over to the world trade center from the colgate clock in jersey city. after i finished taking a photo, an object came into my field of view coming from the south heading north. it had a trajectory that seemed to come from the sky like a straight line. i thought it was a bottle rocket at first, as it traveled north i noticed a blueish green smoke behind the object and it just disappeared probably into the water. it didnt make any noise. when i saw it come into my field of view it was maybe at maybe at half the size of the world trade center height and proceeded north over the hudson river (west river). I tried to find out where it could have originated from, but couldnt find a source. there was no boats, or helicopters to my right. i am night sky oberserver, i am an aircraft mechanic and im pretty attuned to looking at the skies. |
