Reports Report 1115i (Event 1115-2012)

Observer
Name Saginaw
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks The green fireball was just above the horizon and distant but still very large with a long tail. It was moving as best as I could tell from the south to the north in an almost level arc. I was driving west in a very dark area, so I could not place any landmarks. The time is approximate take away 10 or so minutes. It began to breakup a second or two before it disappeared behind a nearby hill. The pieces became fireballs of their own, yet remained a somewhat loose cluster. No big explosion, just fragmentation.
